Our office is located in Plaza St. David's Professional Building next to St. David's Hospital. Patients may park in parking garage 3. Take the elevator to the first floor from the parking garage, get off the elevator and turn right. Take the second set of elevators to the 2nd floor. Please note, we have moved from suite 212 to suite 204 effective May 1, 2013.
